Ten dictators and war criminals from recent years, who are collectively responsible for millions of civilian deaths, repression, sadistic torture and a host of war crimes, against whom, as far as I know, the Hague Criminal Court has not issued arrest warrants under various pretexts:

Abdel-Malek al-Houthi, the leader of the Houthis

Hibatullah Akhundzada, leader of the Taliban

Kim Jong Un, President of North Korea

Ramzan Kadyrov, leader of Chechnya

Hassan Nasrallah, leader of Hezbollah

Isaias Afwerki, President of Eritrea

Alexander Lukashenko, President of Belarus

Saparmurat Niyazov, leader of Turkmenistan
